David A. Gold
There is no way that you can avoid dealing with employment law. It’s an area that touches everyone, employer and employee alike.
David’s practice is split between litigation and compliance. His work includes:
- Defending employers in a wide range of proceedings
- Educating clients on ever-changing regulations
- Navigating through regulatory issues to help clients avoid litigation
As a litigator, David enjoys the excitement of making carefully-constructed arguments and winning motions. When he is counseling clients, David spends a great deal of time in interpersonal interactions, getting to know clients and how their businesses operate before proposing a legal solution. He is deeply committed to understanding the unique circumstances of each situation and crafting solutions that work. Clients appreciate the respect he gives to their investment of time and energy.
